The good kind of manipulation

As someone who loves classic, old school style photography methods I sometimes can be a bit of a Photoshop/digital manipulation hater. But when it comes to 23-year-old Swedish photographer Erik Johansson I will eat my words and bow down to the genius that is his work. Forget about using Photoshop to adjust brightness and contrast this young man has made it into an art form unto itself.
