Hello, I’m Chloe. Don’t worry – I’m hilarious. Very interesting, observant, and articulate. Did I mention that I’m like, really pretty? Modesty is the quality I value most in myself and others.
I bounce around between Washington DC, New York City, Syracuse, NY (where I go to school) and, starting next month, London. I’m a dual major – film and English – so if you want to impress me bring up David Lynch or JD Salinger. Amy Heckerling, Bob Dylan, and Carlton Banks are among my heroes.

Photographer Julia Fullerton-Batten must be the elevator lady The Pixies were talking about in that song. Her series of photographs entitled In Between, snapshot young women afloat shadows and breezes.  Capturing their levitation required the models to perform their capoeira acrobatics [ Continue Reading ]

10 1 600x485 Knitwear

I always appreciated fashion runway shows, but, at the same time, I can’t ever help but wonder “Who will actually WEAR these clothes?”

I don’t know about you guys, but men dressed in monochromatic, prison-like outfits, with fake hair/hats on their heads, really turn me off. I guess Rozalb de Mura thinks differently, as seen in his newly released Fall 2009 mens wear collection.
