I live in a really cool part of San Francisco, just a few feet away from the mural/graffiti-rich mission district.  Some of the most beautiful alleyways in the state are just a stones throw away from me.  And how great is it that artists such as Antonio Freitas, aka Kierlisbon, start out doing graffiti art, and manifest that into an awesome art career in motion design, branding, illustration, and photography.  The image of the man standing in a big splash of paint or blood is his self portrait.  Take a gander at more of his portfolio.
