Soviet Wold War 2 Pictures in Color

There is something about World War 2 that has always fascinated me. I think it’s the stories, the clothes, the technology, the passion that interests me about this particular war.  Being raised in America I have seen plenty of pictures and movies about the war being fought on the American side and I am glad that there are still movies being produced that tell the story of the brave. But being of Russian descent, World War 2 pictures from the Russian side hold a certain value to me, especially since my grandfather was a soldier in the Soviet army, and was killed in action. Sometimes I look at these pictures and hope to see him, always trying to imagine how he would look in the uniform since I have only seen one picture of him.
