Alexis Anne Mackenzie has a sharp pair of scissors and a REAL vivid imagination. She very carefully cuts up interesting old books and arranges images in such a way that her own surreal little worlds are created, often exploring ideas about the cycle of life and death (perfectly ironic, as she destroys books and creates something new from them).

Recently she’s  been playing with script made from the organic images she finds (see the last 3 examples of her work), which I am unhealthily obsessed with- SO beautiful!
