Moonwatch and the Mind/Body/World Connection as I See it

It assists those who wear it in understanding their own moods in relation to their daily lives on earth. The Moonwatch is intriguing because so many aspects of our lives and the world around us have been established as correlated to the moon, including fertility, agriculture, the patterns of the tide, and even the behaviour of humans.

I think our connection to the earth, to the world around us, and to nature is important. When we study the internal self (through yoga in my case) in relation to the physicality of the body and to the world around us, it grounds us and creates a mind/body connection. It seems to me that knowing how the mind and body react to the phases of the moon can only serve to better our knowledge and understanding of ourselves. And isn’t that what we’re all after? An understanding of the intricate workings of our own jumbled up selves? An understanding of how to create better, healthier selves?

I say, amen to that.

It is rare for me to find something on the internet that’s as entertaining and intriguing as what you’ve got here. Your page is sweet, your graphics are great, and what’s more, you use reference that are relevant to what you are saying. You’re definitely one in a million, man!

Oh boy! It’s like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some images to drive the content home a bit, besides that, this is informative blog. A outstanding read. I’ll definitely revisit again.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
