Mitch Breitweiser

Mitch Breitweiser is an artist best known for his work with Marvel Comics. His expressive, painterly style is fresh and old-fashioned at the same time; you can see some Will Eisner and Steve Ditko influences in his work.

While bringing classic characters like Spider Man and Captain America to life has its rewards, Breitweiser has taken to the interweb to create his own comic with Patrick Stiles, a 19th century adventure story called The Futurists. Most definitely worth a look.
