Louis Vuitton is laughing at me….
LV knew, hundreds of years ago, that his clothing would be GORGEOUS. He also knew that my dreams of stardom would one day exist. He chuckled at this thought, for he knew I would be looking at the clothes created in his name, in the name of luxury, and they would be thrown in my face. And he knew I would shed a tear, wishing I could wave a magic wand to make these couture pieces line up in my closet, beckoning me to bask in their ambience. HE KNEW.And if he didn’t know, somebody did! I mean… oh… em… gee. I am in love, and I might cheat on my fiancee with these clothes. I had no idea I was so contemporary – I just knew I couldn’t find too much to tickle my fancy in the land of Wet Seal and Rave and Rainbow… oh my. The hideousness, I know.
The gold boots… silver too. The splatter of colors, an abstract design from the mind of a textile genius. The heels that are definitely high, but have some sense to be wide at the base. Ladies, when you walk, you won’t fall flat on your face – and you will still be hawt. I am so envisioning myself, also, in the tiered creations for the lower body. You call it a skirt. I love the color palette also – the pinks and greens are so 2009. There could have been more purples, but I can absolutely work with what’s in front of me.
One gaze upon these creations sent goosebumps up my arm. I need these clothes to feel like me. I love me, but I would be IN love with me if I was in that. Now, some of the line shows that someone may have been a tad bit high when they decided to include the piece, but for the most part, Fashion Week in Paris was BLESSED. Everyone there was BLESSED. And these clothes have blessed me, not only my eyes, but my spirit. I will buy those clothes, and it will not be the last thing I do.
Oh. Em. Gee.
