Light at the End of the Tunnel

Montreal photographer, Christa Fairchild’s Lure of the Desert gallery features breathtaking photos that capture Arizona and Utah’s landscapes beautifully.
However, what makes her work truly stunning is the way she captures the light filtering through the desert walls.
I feel like all of the earth walls turn into silk in her shots and light becomes water, gently flowing through the seams.
When you can see every date line on the rock walls and each individual beam of light filtering through, it creates a sight to behold.
The Verdict:
Ms. Fairchild’s work should make you want to take a trip to the Southwest.
If not, then at least admire her handywork and pretend to go there.
Headed out to the Southwest tomorrow (no joke!),

I love these. My family used to take annual trips out to California or Nevada and I always loved driving through the desert area. It’s amazing how you can find art and beauty almost anywhere. These pictures are absolutely amazing.
