Gucci Fall 09

Gucci’s Fall 2009 Collection, which debuted in Milan last month, combines the sex appeal of guns, disco and the 80’s. The diva that Frida Giannini designed these pieces for is tough and  independent, with a side of glamorous. On Monday, she’ll let a pink flowy blouse peak out of a serious and slim-cut suit in any one shade of shiny gunmetal greys.  That same night she may belt a black sparkling disco-ball top over black tights. Saturday night is one for the stars, so she’ll dazzle in a long sleeve silver sequinned show stopper. Sunday, she feels both kinky and delicate, in a large polka dot splashed mini dress and  fetishistic thigh-high leather boots.  Next week, who knows? She might cheeze out on you  in an 80’s style shoulder-padded suede jacket. Serious and always ready to party. Such is the Gucci Fall 2009 woman.
