Whoever said dirty, gritty fishing and artistic, delicate photography don’t mix has never seen the work of Corey Arnold. The experienced fisherman has captured some seriously stunning photographs through his journeys in Alaska, Norway, and beyond. Some are not for the faint at heart (gotta love a good bloody, gory fish guts still) but others are so picturesque you’d want to send them home on a postcard. Kudos to Arnold for doing what so many of us struggle to do: combine two seemingly polar opposite skills and hobbies. What results is a portfolio that is the visual equivalent of a Hemingway novel.
