Zenovo ST1

First of all, WOW… I want to have sex with this thing, it’s so sexy!  Crafted by a Danish company Zenvo Automotive, this 1,104 horsepower beast is hard to ignore.  With a mid-mounted turbocharged and supercharged 7.0-liter V8 engine, this thing is made for speed and speed only, 0-60 in 3.2 seconds I would be afraid to drive it.  First cars planned to be out on the roads some time in the 2009, if I was a rich celebrity I would be calling my accountant right now, because there is only 15 of these babies that are scheduled for production.  It’s ok I’ll just stare and drool.  [ Autoblog ]

Awesome work by a Russian artist Egor Bashakov.  This self portrait consists of 2300 buttons that eventually draw out the artist’s face. I always get amazed at things like these, I think it takes a certain type of imagination through which you can imagine what you are doing close up from far away.

What you see is not a stunt actor.  On the night of Saturday, December 6th, two Special Guards of the Greek police clashed with a small group of young men. The exact details of what took place are still unclear, but it is known that one of the Guards fired three shots, and one of those bullets caused the death of 15-year-old Alexander Grigoropoulos. What followed are riot across many Greek cities demanding justice and fair treatment.  [ Boston.com ]

Really freaky but very cool work by designer Martin Margiela.  His work has been featured in the Interview Magazine September 2008 issue.  The model in these shots is Natasa Vojnovic and the dark spooky pictures were taken by photographer Craig McDean.  Obviousely this type of fashion won’t make it to the streets any time soon, and hopefuly never will.  But you can’t ignore the creativity and the imagination it would take to put something like this together… My hat is off.

I love these night shots by a UREDD (Gaute and Ståle and mr Aasmund).  I’m just amazed at the sharpness of their night shots and the way the light is stretched throughout the picture.  The trick was probably done by taking a shot with a long exposure time and have the light move.  Still really cool to look at.
