Regino Gonzales is a tattoo artist gone wild. He’s actually a fantastic visual artist, throwing his talents in avenues of sketching, painting, digital design, photography, identity process for labels, all in addition to tattooing.  Check out his gallery of tattoo work he’s done, they’re so awesome!

This is a small selection of  photographer Paul Graves photography. This collection of  balloon structures is so cool, kinda creepy, and really cartoony. Check out his other gallery’s, he has done tons of editorial shoots that are really unique and worth seeing.  This might be a little blasphemous, but I enjoy the balloon image of Jesus on the cross, it’s too funny.

transparent toaster Trasperency

Trying to find a solution to keeping that fridge clean?  The transparent fridge may be just the thing for you:)  I’d hate to have company over and have my moldy vegetables on display, but it seems to be that transparent is the new stainless steal.  There’s a new clothing dryer that uses natural dry air rather than sucking up a lot of energy, and it’s transparent!  Other appliances like toasters, slow cookers, cameras, irons,  iPod cases, and even canoes are going transparent.  Canoeing  in a clear canoe would be pretty awesome. But don’t get too excited, not all of these designs are available to buy, some where made for fun, while others just designed to show the inner workings of an appliance.  But they’re cool nonetheless.

The kind of thing that makes you go “Eww and Aww!”  Valerio Carrubba uses double painting technique and overlapping brushstrokes to create these extremely vivid, super surreal images.  Some of the subjects express discomfort while their flesh is being pulled away from their bodies, and others are very calm and seemingly bored.  Completely cool and creepy. Valerio Carrubba resides in Milan. View more of his collection here.

one billion dollars detail One Billion Dollars

Ever wondered what One Billion Dollars looks like?  Artist Art Marcovici has provided a visual for you. He stacked 10 Million 100 US Dollar notes on these wood pallets.  This piece of art is not just to look at, says the artist.  He wants the viewer to ponder what could or couldn’t be done with the fortune.  He boasts it as the ‘most expensive piece of art ever made’ .  He has another piece of pallet art, titled ‘Time Sand’ that’s pretty cool, and I’m sure not nearly as expensive.

The video above demonstrates a drawing top that Thomas Forsyth designed.  He’s based in Brighton, England and says he’s inspired by secret compartments, the color red, human thought processes, fairytales, and grey areas.  I like how playful he is,  he has many other designs on his website, and it looks like adults and kids love his work. These tops are for sale on Etsy. I took a gander and they appear to have  just sold out a couple days ago, but I’m sure they’ll be getting more in, and if you can’t get them on Etsy, you can contact him by clicking here.
