Nendo 2 397x400 Nintendo! I mean...Nendo!

Katie Eary 1 Katie Eary: Spring/Summer 2010 Collection

GQ  in the UK interviewed Katie Eary’s as part of a London Fashion Week special.  Any number of fashion bloggers are raving about her work. This one thinks she’s the bee’s knees, though doesn’t really give a reason why. Dan the Scout is not only a big fan, he’s also much more clear about what he sees in the collection.

Tape Art 1 Packing Tape Art

This is one of those “wth?” things. How did Mark Khaisman know that his medium of choice was packing tape? At what point did he wake up in the morning, do a nice, long stretch and say “Ah, yes. I think today I’m going to create beautifully detailed pictures using backlit packing tape on acrylic panels?”

This is something like what my Halloween costume is going to be. Minus the half-nakedness. And speaking of half-nakedness, much of Kristi Ropeleski’s work features models in various states of undress.
