Alison Picard: Booklyn Bloodhound
February 1st, 2010
As most of my posts demonstrate, I’m a sucker for narrative – peeking into the medicine cabinets of just about everyone who will let me in their bathroom. When I first saw Alison Picard’s work pop up as profile pictures on facebook, I was intrigued. It was when I saw her work as the cover of the upcoming issue of the Toronto-based queer publication NOMOREPOTLUCKS.ORG that I realized that Alison’s work is bloody (actually!) & real.
