Pantone3 And you thought all those color samples were worthless...

As it turns out, you can make all of those colorful little squares into a massive, likely expensive, art project! Though yours will probably come out a little crappy since you probably don’t have the entire 5000 chip set.

This project was the brainchild of Basheer Graphic Books and the purpose was to promote the Pantone brand to students and faculty in Jakarta. This was achieved by attaching over 5000 color chips to boards and creating this 8 meter long, 5 meter high rainbow. Designer Hendra Lesmono of agency Bates141 Jakarta is responsible for the design and creation of this masterpiece.

So save all that junk you never thought you’d use. Maybe you’ll be able to make something as beautiful as this rainbow someday!
