I love street art installations, I wish we would see them more often in a city like New York. Marco Hemmerling a German designer created an installation called Cityscope- An Urban Kaleidoscope, in Cologne, Germany. In it we see reflecting fragments of surrounding buildings. While you move around the sculpture, the reflections on the glass constantly change and you become part of the installation with the buildings reflecting in the background. At night the installation is lit from within with colors and distorting film. Oh how I wish it can travel to New York, its gorgeous

It looks like an Everlasting Gobstopper from the Willie Wonka movies. But you’re right, it is a cool design.
